Sky and Earth Gear was born from a long-standing passion for equipment, movement, and outdoor adventure. While I would consider hike-and-fly paragliding my primary sport, I am equally at home hiking, skydiving, mountain and gravel biking, trail running, kitesurfing, climbing, ice climbing, skiing, and whatever pursuit I happen to fall for next.
Every review and article on this site is independent and unpaid, covering gear and trips I have personally funded, unless clearly stated otherwise. My aim is simple: to help people make informed decisions by sharing practical, experience-based insights as openly and honestly as possible. I also genuinely enjoy the process of writing and documenting what I learn along the way.
You can also find my writing in publications such as Cross Country Magazine and the Finnish magazines Retki and Tekniikan Maailma. I have also worked on the Red Bull X-Alps crew.
